Stages of work
As a rule, in execution of many Projects works are divided into stages. The main stages are:

Development and signing of final documents (valuation report)
In valuation we use some approaches and estimation methods subject to purposes of valuation and availability of information required. The final report is developed based on the above approaches and methods:
COST-IS-NO-OBJECT APPROACH:
- Method of book cost;
- Method of book cost adjusted;
- Method of liquidation value.
PROFITABLE APPROACH:
- Method of discount money;
- Method of direct capitalization.
COMPARATIVE APPROACH:
The most detailed valuation of the facility is provided by the sales comparative method supposing availability of sufficient information of rece
nt deals for purchase and sale of facilities similar to the facility to be estimated. If no such information is available, the cost shall be determined using Cost-is-no-object and Income methods.
In the event of any pressing order and good readiness of materials of the facility estimated a period of works execution can be reduced.
The cost of services provided by our company is contractual and depends on the scope of work.
